Very Large Zucchini

Lb. Italian Sausage

6 or 8 ounce Can tomato Sauce
½
Small Onion Diced

Clove Garlic (Fresh) Diced

Crackers crumbled
4
ounces cheese of choice shredded
preheat
oven to 350
Cut
1’ wedge in squash
Clean
out all seeds and insides.
mix
all ingredients together and fill
cavity
of squash
Wrap
Zucchini in foil
put
in large cake pan uncovered for 2 ½ hours
peel
off green shell
