Now, let's get to some wisdom:

What do you think is the biggest problem that

you have in your life?

Most people don't realize that the bulk of

all problems can be resolved by controlling

one thing.

Some people call it putting things in

perspective.

Some call it figuring out what matters!

We here at Found Secrets call it

"Emotional Signifigance."

You would be surprised how many

people toss absolute fits over

things they didn't have a right to

or what they think "could have

been."

Now, two people have mastered the

concepts of overcoming this.

One of them I'll probably make

available to you a little later in Found

Secrets under Psychology pages when

it comes up.

But, the man most noted for overcoming

this problem is Dr. Albert Ellis who

created "Rational Emotive Behavior

Therapy."

In short, it's how to understand what's

important and putting the proper

amount of what we call "emotional signifgance"

on any situation.

So, when something gets you upset, let's just

give you a shortcut to dealing with it.

Sit back and say, "How bad is this?"

Rate it on a scale of 1 to 100, with

100 being the worst.

Then, say, it's about a ___,

and I can deal with a ____.

Now, go and do something more

important than concerning yourself

with that problem.
