Okay, wisdom time!

I really, really, really enjoyed The Book Of

The Five Rings.

We talked about how Swordsmanship can lead to success

for you in last week's issue.

This week, I want you to check out the nine things

the author recommended you do to become successful

with his teachings:

1. Do not think dishonestly.

2. The Way is in training.

3. Become aquainted with every art.

4. Know the Ways of all professions.

5. Distinguish between gain and loss in

worldly matters.

6. Develop intuitive judgement and understanding

for everything.

7. Perceive those things which cannot be seen.

8. Pay attention even to trifles.

9. Do nothing which is of no use.

We may come back to these later on, but I want

you to pay attention right now to number 9.

How many times have you heard people say

"Oh, if only my ship would come in,"

while they're watching some mind-rotting

television show.

If you put into practice doing things which

are useful, you may find more success

in your chosen ventures!

For those of you who want to start 2006 off with a new
