Guarantee For Products Downloaded
Via The Internet
Although we cannot provide a “money-back” guarantee on these products, if you decide that the product you received from us was just not worth the price you invested, anytime within one year from date of purchase, then drop us a line to:

and ask for a certificate from us worth the value of what you have purchased. You will then be able to use that certificate for up to two years from the date we issue the certificate. You will then be able to use that certificate towards any future purchase of a Found Secrets product.
We regret that you cannot use the certificate towards shipping and handling costs, but your certificate can be used even on products that are delivered in “hard copy” via regular postal delivery.
For Products Delivered
Via Postal Delivery
On products delivered by regular mail delivery methods, including UPS, FedEx, or other similar delivery services, you have a 30 day guarantee.
If for any reason, you desire a refund on these products, then send an e-mail to

and ask for your refund. We will be happy to provide you return instructions. Upon return of the purchased product back into our inventory, we will refund your product price.
We will happily refund the product price (minus the shipping and handling charges) to your Paypal account.
(If other methods are used, we will make special arrangements to ensure your product price is refunded.)
We regret that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
Although we do not break apart shipping and handling charges on our Paypal purchases, we always show how much is applied towards shipping and handling, (usually $7.00 for individual products, and $9.97 for special packages, such as CD packages that include more than one CD.)
