How A Broke Young Couple Bought A Newer Mobile Home With No Credit

When Miz Kathy and I moved to a bigger city in Montana, all we had was an old 1969 Medallion Mobile Home worth about $3,500.

But, the newer mobile home we wanted to move into was a 1975 Detroiter worth about $6,000. And, we didn't have the difference.

Worse yet, we hadn't sold the original home to even have the $3,500 as leverage.

But, the mobile home seemed nice enough, and we wanted it.

So, that's when I asked the owner, "What if I could cover your monthly payments until we bought the trailer?"

She wanted to sell it pretty badly.

Hmmm, remember reading something about "don't wanters."

In this case, the reason she was a "don't wanter" was she was marrying  a man who had a nice huge house in a nicer section of town--and she wanted rid of this place.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that she signed the agreement real quick. We agreed to her asking price. (This is another key to creative financing. Give them the asking price they want, then negotiate the terms.)

That one question bought us the time we needed to sell our original mobile and come up with the difference.

See, sometimes the difference is just in asking whether or not they will agree to use the method you have provided.

But, too many people are afraid.

Why?

We don't know. But, the worst that can happen is the seller says, "No."

In a different article, we will cover why that just doesn't make a bit of difference.

Now, just wait until you hear how we moved from that trailer into our own house with no money down, no mortgage, and within two and a half years, it became ours free and clear! Submitted by The Staff Of Found Secrets
